We make every effort to communicate with the receiver and the sender by phone and email. However, in case if a situation arises that the receiver is not at home for several days or if the receiver refuses to accept the parcel or due to any reason the parcel is returned back, there is no refund issue for that order. Chocolates, Food and other Bakery Items are not accepted back once they are opened or if the parcel is delivered in a perfect condition because being in transit for several days are not in the condition to be accepted back or to be resend to someone.
